As a Junior Insurance Claims Handler, you will work on a broad variety of claims, including fire, theft, workplace accidents, bodily injury cases, and motor claims. No two files are ever the same. You will manage claims professionally and provide clients with practical advice tailored to their individual situations.

What does a typical day look like?

• Theft Claims You appoint experts to assess damages and losses, ranging from vehicles to valuable collections and works of art.
• Natural Disaster Claims You investigate liability, causes, and circumstances to ensure each claim is handled accurately and fairly.
• Fire Claims You verify policy coverages and guarantees. Assessing damages and gathering supporting evidence are key parts of your role.
• Workplace and Traffic Accidents You prepare compensation proposals and manage claims from initial notification through to final settlement.
